Customer Connect is a new product that allows users to track TOU and consumption data. In order to access this new tool, users must register a new account. Please enter all the required information for your new account and click 'Register'. An activation link will then be sent to your email account. If you do not receive the activation email within 5 minutes, please check your junk email folder . To complete the registration process and activate your new account, please read this email and follow its instructions.

You can find your account number in the top right corner of your Centre Wellington Hydro bill. When entering your account number, do not include any zeros at the front of your account number. Example: Account Number 00001234 This customer would enter 1234.
